The NYAG’s tax prove of Weisselberg's personal finances was opened MONTHS ago and is being coordinated with the Manhattan DA's probe of Trump Org (including Trump's tax returns, UNTAXED perks given to employees), Weisselberg's finances, and benefits he and his son received.🧐
Prosecutors are probing rent payments on Weisselberg’s Manhattan apartment and are exploring whether Trump Org doled out benefits to employees instead of salary to lower its payroll taxes.

That’s #TaxFraud.💥

🔥WHOA: The AG's criminal probe of Weisselberg's personal finances began—in part—because of 25 YEARS worth of financial documents shared by his ex-daughter-in-law Jennifer Weisselberg, formerly married to his son Barry.

Barry worked for Trump Org for 2 decades.😎
Jennifer was married for 14 years to Barry Weisselberg (CFO Allen’s son), who managed Trump Org businesses contracted out by NYC in Central Park, including Wollman Rink and Lasker Rink. It is not clear if he is still employed by Trump Org.

Jennifer has 25 YEARS of financials.😂
Jennifer says that at least some of her 2 children's school tuition payments ($54k/yr per kid) were paid for by Donald Trump:

"I know for a fact Donald wrote those checks.”

If Trump Org and/or Allen didn’t pay taxes on these benefits, that’s #TaxFraud.💥

Meaning: prosecutors had to show evidence that Rudy had committed a CRIME to get the search warrants.

🚨BREAKING: Great news! @CDCgov says fully vaccinated people can:

▶️Visit vaccinated people indoors w/o masks/physical distancing
▶️Visit indoors w/low-risk unvaccinated people from a single household w/o masks/physical distancing
▶️NO quarantine/testing if exposed to #COVID19
BUT vaccinated people still must:

▶️ #WearAMask /physical distance near high-risk unvaccinated & unvaccinated w/high-risk household member
▶️Wear masks/physically distance when w/unvaccinated people from multiple households
▶️ Wear masks/physically distance in public
CDC says the risk of infection when going to the gym or restaurant is lower for the fully vaccinated, but people should still take precautions as the risk in these settings is higher and increases if more unvaccinated people are present.😷

🔥A federal probe into the overseas and business dealings of Rudy Giuliani has resumed after being stalled last year amid Giuliani’s prominent role helping Trump’s attempt to overturn the election.
