🚨The Feds conducted pre-dawn raids of Rudy Giuliani's home & business, along with the home of Victoria Toensing, who represented Dmitry Firtash, a pro-#Russia Ukrainian mobligarch under indictment in the US.

Meaning: prosecutors had to show evidence that Rudy had committed a CRIME to get the search warrants.

As legal experts have noted, it is VERY unusual for the Feds to get search warrants of lawyers. Even stranger are the PRE-DAWN raids for alleged #FARA crimes.

Meaning: the Feds are likely looking for evidence of even MORE crimes.😎
All roads in the #Ukrainegate scandal lead to Trump.

Prosecutors first go for the small fish: Parnas & Fruman, already indicted for #fraud and campaign finance (illegal donations to the @GOP).

Then prosecutors move up the food chain.😎

🚨BREAKING: Great news! @CDCgov says fully vaccinated people can:

▶️Visit vaccinated people indoors w/o masks/physical distancing
▶️Visit indoors w/low-risk unvaccinated people from a single household w/o masks/physical distancing
▶️NO quarantine/testing if exposed to #COVID19
BUT vaccinated people still must:

▶️ #WearAMask /physical distance near high-risk unvaccinated & unvaccinated w/high-risk household member
▶️Wear masks/physically distance when w/unvaccinated people from multiple households
▶️ Wear masks/physically distance in public
CDC says the risk of infection when going to the gym or restaurant is lower for the fully vaccinated, but people should still take precautions as the risk in these settings is higher and increases if more unvaccinated people are present.😷

🚨BREAKING: @USDOT’s IG asked DOJ in December to CRIMINALLY investigate Elaine Chao’s alleged misuse of her office as transportation secretary to promote her family’s shipping business—run by her sister—that has extensive business ties with #China.

The IG said DOJ’s criminal & public integrity divisions *both* declined to pursue it, even after the IG found REPEATED examples of Chao using her staff & office to benefit her family & their business and revealed that staff members at the agency had raised ethics concerns.🤬
The IG probe came after Chao’s grifting for her family was exposed–including a trip to China she'd planned to take in 2017 w/her father & sister. The IG confirmed that planning for the trip–which was canceled–raised ethics concerns among other officials.👇🏼
