.@washingtonpost published how employees at DeJoy’s former company say they were pressured by DeJoy or his aides to attend political fundraisers or make contributions to @GOP candidates, and then were reimbursed via bonuses.

5 people who worked for Dejoy's firm New Breed Logistics said they were pressured by DeJoy or his aides to write checks & attend fundraisers at his mansion. 2 employees said DeJoy then instructed that bonus payments be boosted to help defray the cost of their contributions.🧐

Campaign finance records show a pattern of extensive donations by DeJoy's employees to @GOP candidates. Btwn 2000-2014, 124 people who worked for DeJoy gave more >$1 million to GOP candidates. Many had *never* previously made political donations.🤨

According to a former employee, DeJoy "would ask employees to make contributions at the same time that he would say, ‘I’ll get it back to you down the road.'"

This is ILLEGAL.
