Delhi Court expected to pronounce orders today on release of #DelhiRiots accused, #NatashaNarwal, #DevanganaKalita, #AsifIqbalTanha who were granted bail by the High Court on Tuesday.

The 3 were not released citing lack of verification details of their addresses and sureties.
Additional Sessions Judge at Karkardooma Courts Ravinder Bedi had earlier indicated that an order may be passed yesterday at 11 am.

The order pronouncement was later deferred till today citing a heavy board.

After a plea was moved against the delay in releasing the three accused, #DelhiHighCourt has now directed that the matter be heard by the Trial Court at 12 pm.

West Bengal post poll violence:

One of the lawyers for petitioners says they went to NHRC which then forwarded complaint to top police official who the sends it to the local police station.

The local police then says you have to face consequences. It is a vicious cycle.
