Prof Vijay Raghavan from TISS: Documents suggest there is sufficient enhancement of the situation.
AG Kumbhakoni on issue of Medical officers: A communication has been issued to all superintendents of jails to forwards requests of doctors if needed at any point of time.
AG Kumbhakoni: Amendments are being carried out to allow civic hospitals to treat inmates. A notification of it would be issued soon.

Four vacancies for central jail superintendents are lying vacant for want of eligible candidate.

CJ: Several posts of jailers and rakshaks have been vacant and there is a general ban on recruitment. That must be removed.

The Bombay High Court bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta & Justice Girish Kulkarni is hearing a PIL on #VaccinationFraud in #Mumbai.
The bench had asked #Maharashtra government and the .@mybmc to work out a policy on an urgent basis to keep a check on the 'fake' vaccination drives being carried out in various housing societies, production houses, colleges etc in the city, especially in the western suburbs.
The bench said that none can be allowed to play with lives of innocent citizens and ordered the Mumbai Police to submit a status report of the probe today
