#BombayHC bench of Justices Sambhaji Shinde and Nizamoodin Jamadar will hear pleas filed by Rona Wilson and Shoma Sen, both relying on a US based forensic lab report that stated the incriminating material found in Wilson's computer was actually planted on his PC.
#BhimaKoregaon
Sr Adv Indira Jaisingh for Rona Wilson, Sr Adv Anand Grover for Shoma Sen.
ASG Anil Singh for #NIA

There's some audio issue at Jaisingh's end. Bench asks her to adjust her audio device.
Jaisingh - Maharashtra govt has filed an affidavit. Have gone through it. Points out that she has submitted a list of dates pertaining to the matter.

ASG - Five minutes back, I have received two compilations, one of 700 pages, one of 100 pages.

#BombayHC
Jaisingh: These compilations aren't anything else but just SC judgments that we intend to cite.
It also contains facts of the case.

NIA can't seek adjournments on frivolous grounds. I need to open my case first. They seek adjournment every time.
J Shinde - But we don't have these compilations with us. How can we proceed with hearing?

Jaisingh: Our man is standing outside the courtroom with the compilation.

Seeks physical hearing of the case so that technology doesn't become an issue.
#BombayHighCourt
J Shinde: But for that you will have to come from #Delhi.

Jaisingh: I am very much in #Bombay just a lane opposite to the HC.

J Shinde: How many advocates would be there? Last time in (Sudha Bharadwaj) hearing our court hall was full.
Jaisingh: We will need a team of six to seven persons as there are too many papers involved.

ASG: We will need not more than five persons.

J Shinde: Okay, so we can hear it on any Monday except the coming.

Complete pleadings by July 20 so that we can hear on July 26.
Anand Grover points out that the #Maharashtra govt hasn't filed any affidavit in plea filed by Shoma Sen.

Jaisingh: Then on 26 they will again seek adjournment for filing it.

Grover says he has filed a compact disc, and if needed the bench can see the material in it.
Bench refuses to see the material in the CD. "We are sitting in writ jurisdiction Mr Grover," J Shinde.

APP Sangeeta Shinde assures the bench that state will file affidavit to Shoma's plea.

Matter adjourned till 26 July for physical hearing subject to approval by CJ Datta.
