@din_nw @WhiteHouse It’s war. We elect Presidents to make and accept the consequences for extremely difficult decisions most of us would not have the heart, stomach or comprehension to know where to initiate the first step.

@din_nw @WhiteHouse Not because he kept his word. It’s because we had no business in Afghanistan after we took out Osama bin Laden. The “Axis of Evil” was built on a lie. Former First Lady Laura Bush’s efforts on behalf of helping Afghani women gain freedom and independence were noble, I guess.

@din_nw @WhiteHouse Yet, true nobility may have been helping them get the Hell out of Afghanistan in the first place. Al Queda, ISIS and every other terror group NEVER left Afghanistan. They only left Kabul.

@din_nw @WhiteHouse It’s no different than the Parable of Sower in the New Testament of the Bible. Afghanistan was never good soil.
Still, no one could have anticipated the government AND the army would fold like a $2 card table.
