Following takeover of Kabul City by the #Taliban in mid-August, with exception of two attacks against Kabul International #Airport (a deadly suicide attack near the airport gate& a failed rocket attack), the #ISKP activities in #Afghanistan came down to zero...
While #ISKP was sometime topping or used to be on 2nd or 3rd position either after Iraq, Africa or Syria on the attacks& casualties' list in the infographic of Islamic State's Al-Naba weeklies in the previous months; in the recent weeks, it is either at the bottom or disappeared.
There were two propaganda narratives about ISKP activities:
1. Taliban used to call the ISKP a terror wing of the NDS (intelligence), accusing government of supporting the group.
2. The government was saying that the ISKP is a just a new label over the hardliner Taliban or HQN.

...recent efforts by the IEA for suppressing Salafi movement in the country& closing their Madrassas. While the ISKP can't have the high level of acceptance among Afghans in comparison to TB for success, but D likely joining of hardliner TB& external support can make them strong.
