Ms. Lau works at The Coconut on T in Sacramento.
โ
Sat night, she told me a regular customer was โฆ(1/4) #StopAAPIHate
โฆ waiting for his to-go order and wanted a beer in a cold glass.
โ
The restaurant was out so she offered him a regular to-go cup instead.
โ
Ms. Lau says he yelled โYou are such a bitch you are horribleโ before you see what appears to be the man throw a cup at Lau.
โ
(2/4)
When Lauโs friend intervened you can see she was not only thrown to the ground but punched.
โ
Lau can be seen chasing after the man & throwing an object to get him to leave. She filed a police report online.
โ
Both women are physically okay. Lau plans to press charges. (3/4)
Ms. Lau says she has identified the manโ who signed for his to-go order. She is providing the receipt and his name to police.
As a side note: Iโve covered a number of poorly behaved customers at restaurants. Reminds me of the increase in misbehaving airline passengers this year

โฆI am so grateful he opened his heart to us at the cemetery where Betty is. He told me a part of her leg bone was found 3 blocks f/the World Trade Center.
Betty was the flight attendant on American Airlines flight 11 who made the 1st call about the chaos on board. #911Memorial
For those who havenโt heard the call, youโll hear her bravery. Her calm. Her composure.
Harry told me later he can tell there is some fear in her voice but she had the determination to keep her passengers & team safe. #911Anniversary

Bruce said a group of young ppl threw things at his head on the bus around Chestnut & Fillmore

Bruce asked the driver to call PD he says he was sucker punched, glasses flew off & he fell to his knees.

She was running Sunday night & was crossing California & Fillmore when suddenly 1 or 4 teens got out of a car & grabbed her cell.
When they saw her watch she was grabbed & pulled into the car & window shut on her hand.
V says she was dragged for almost a block on California so you can imagine how much pain sheโs in. One finger is numb
V is determined to find her perpetrators & is hoping people who may know who these suspects are to help. (She says theyโre teensโ including two โprettyโ blondes)

Jacqueline & her husband live in Stockton & were celebrating their 12th anniversary when their car was broken into at Fishermanโs Wharf.
Jacqueline brings Leo everywhere but the 1 time she thought he was too cold & tired she put him in his car carrier & tucked it under the carโs dash, mostly out of sight.
โ
She got back about an hour later & said โmy heart fellโฆI knew something happened.โ #SanFrancisco
This happened at North Point & Powell. Jacqueline & her husband spent all night searching but had to drive home. She is devastated.
โ
She said this trip โwas supposed to be happy & beautiful & it turned traumatic. My heart just broke leaving the city without Leo.โ #SanFrancisco
