…I am so grateful he opened his heart to us at the cemetery where Betty is. He told me a part of her leg bone was found 3 blocks f/the World Trade Center.

Betty was the flight attendant on American Airlines flight 11 who made the 1st call about the chaos on board. #911Memorial

For those who haven’t heard the call, you’ll hear her bravery. Her calm. Her composure.

Harry told me later he can tell there is some fear in her voice but she had the determination to keep her passengers & team safe. #911Anniversary
