* Unidentified gunmen shot dead 3 people in #Jalalabad today.
A few minutes ago, three people were shot dead by unknown gunmen in Daman area of Behsud/ Jalalabad's PD8.
* #Taliban / #IEA banned the movement of armed men, incl. TB, in rickshaws in #Nangarhar. ImageImage
Meanwhile, @sw989fm reported about an #explosion in PD2 of #Jalalabad City today. Hospital sources confirmed that they received at least three dead bodies from the incident scene.
Another source said that two explosions, followed by gunfire, were heard.
#ISKP claimed Sunday's #explosion in #Jalalabad:
"Caliphate soldiers targeted a Taliban vehicle in PD4 of Jalalabad City on Sunday, by detonating an IED, which led to the killing& wounding of 3 TB&damage to the vehicle."

#IEA Council of Ministers in its 9th meeting made the following decisions:
* A delegation from the #security ministries&Ministry for Propagation of Virtue&the Prevention of Vice  was tasked to investigate the complaints of national #traders& money changers& ensure their security.
* The Ministry of Agriculture has been tasked to come up with a plan to address the problems of the people in #winter season by preventing #logging & fuel shortages, with preserving forests& facilitating the transportation & use of the dry wood (#firewood for heating purposes).
* All ministries& independent agencies should carefully evaluate their relevant #laws, #decrees and #regulations of the previous government and submit to the IEA Cabinet Meeting for #review 'any part which has contradiction with the #Shariah or create administrative problems'.

"Over the past few days, there have been reports of talks between the TTP& #PAK government/army:
* There is no progress yet.
* Prisoners release is the first condition but not fulfilled yet.
* About talks, all TTP is on the same platform. Image
* Both parties don't confirm talks to media, for caution.
* The #IEA may be a mediator, but neutral. Even it is possible that IEA as a mujahidin movement be more in favor of TTP.
* Attempts to spoil negotiations, make it unconditional& to prove it failed, are already neutralized.
* TTP will definitely not hold unconditional or non-Sharia talks, inshallah."

The @indypersian provided some details about the mysteriously killing of 4 women in #Mazar-e Sharif.
They were allegedly decepted by unknown people disguised as representatives of a human rights organization. The victims were promised evacuation from #AFG.

Engineer Abdul Rahman Safi, father of a victim, #Ferozan_Safi, says that his daughter left home with travel documents at 2pm on Wednesday, October 27, after receiving a call. She told her family members that she was going to go abroad with the help of a human rights organization.
"Two hours after Ferozan left the house, her contacts with us were cut off," said Mr. Safi, as reported by @indypersian. "During the search for her, when we went to the city's central hospital, we found her body there, with signs of multiple bullets."

#Explosion near Sardar Daud Khan Military Hospital, in the border area of the former Green Zone of #Kabul City...
Today's #explosion in #Kabul City was reportedly part of a #Complex_Attack against Sardar Daud Khan military hospital. A clash between unknown attackers& the #Taliban is still ongoing, as eye witnesses reported.
#ISKP is the prime suspect behind the attack.
No confirmed info yet.
#IEA's Ministry of Interior:
"A bomb detonated at the entrance of a 400-bed hospital in Kabul's PD10. IEA SoF have reached the area. The blast caused casualties. Details will be shared later."
Note: '400-bed hospital' is the old name of Daud Khan hospital.
