Today's #explosion in #Kabul City was reportedly part of a #Complex_Attack against Sardar Daud Khan military hospital. A clash between unknown attackers& the #Taliban is still ongoing, as eye witnesses reported. #ISKP is the prime suspect behind the attack.
No confirmed info yet.
#IEA's Ministry of Interior:
"A bomb detonated at the entrance of a 400-bed hospital in Kabul's PD10. IEA SoF have reached the area. The blast caused casualties. Details will be shared later."
Note: '400-bed hospital' is the old name of Daud Khan hospital.
Below is a video, showing the situation inside Sardar Daud Khan Military Hospital compound in Kabul City, after the Complex Attack against the hospital:
#Aljazeera's report about #casualties of today's attack in #Kabul City:
"At least 19 people were killed and 43 wounded when two explosions followed by gunfire hit #Afghanistan’s biggest military hospital in the capital Kabul, interior ministry sources told @AJEnglish on Tuesday."

#Taliban/IEA statement:
"The attack was contained within 15 minutes, with 5 #ISKP militants killed at the entrance & courtyard of the hospital. No one was injured inside the hospital, but 3 women, 1 child & 3 Mujahideen were martyred outside the hospital & 5 others were wounded."
In social media: #Kabul military corps commander, Mawlawi Hamdullah, was killed in today's attack against the military hospital in Kabul City.
He was allegedly the first commander of the Taliban who entered to the Presidential Palace (ARG) on 14 August after collapse of Republic.
@emergency_ngo released updated figures of the wounded patients they received from today's attack in #Kabul:
"We have received 21 patients so far, one of whom was unfortunately already dead on arrival."
Note: #Taliban confirmed only 5 wounded n the attack.
#Taliban released a (promotional) video of their well-equipped Special Forces who allegedly thwarted yesterday's ISKP attack on the 400-bed military hospital in Kabul City and cleared the area.
#ISKP claimed responsibility for yesterday's attack n #Kabul:
"5 ISKP fighters carried out a coordinated attack on Sardar Muhammad Daud Khan Hospital. The attack began with one of the fighters detonating his explosive vest on a gathering of Taliban at the hospital’s outer gate...
...another fighter managed to reach the building’s inner gate& shot the guard with a pistol, killing him& taking his rifle, paving the way for 3 other fighters to storm the hospital. The fighters stormed the building& started shooting at the Taliban members inside the building...
...The fighters holed up inside the building& clashed with the reinforcements sent by the Taliban, during which they blew up a parked car bomb on the TB, killing & wounding about 40 of them. The clashes continued until the death of all 4 ISKP fighters by the TB reinforcements...
...The outcome of the attack amounted to the killing& wounding of dozens of #Taliban, including a prominent leader, amid silence of the TB over their real losses in the attack.
It is noteworthy that the attack came a few days after the TB's Defense Minister visited the hospital."

The @indypersian provided some details about the mysteriously killing of 4 women in #Mazar-e Sharif.
They were allegedly decepted by unknown people disguised as representatives of a human rights organization. The victims were promised evacuation from #AFG. independentpersian.com/node/189501/%D…
Engineer Abdul Rahman Safi, father of a victim, #Ferozan_Safi, says that his daughter left home with travel documents at 2pm on Wednesday, October 27, after receiving a call. She told her family members that she was going to go abroad with the help of a human rights organization.
"Two hours after Ferozan left the house, her contacts with us were cut off," said Mr. Safi, as reported by @indypersian. "During the search for her, when we went to the city's central hospital, we found her body there, with signs of multiple bullets."
While one person was shot killed by unknown gunmen today morning in #Jalalabad, @bsarwary now reported about 12 hanged bodies in various parts of the city. #Extrajudicial_killings in Jalalabad is a new normal but 12 hanged bodies in one day, if confirmed, will be a shocking news.
#ISKP claimed responsibility for today morning's target killing of an alleged #Taliban intelligence agent in #Jalalabad City:
"Caliphate soldiers targeted a member of the intelligence of the Taliban, in PD5 of Jalalabad City, with pistol shots, which led to his death."
#Target_killings in #Nangarhar Province continue. Shinwari Kara News reported about two new incidents in the province, as follow: 1. On Thursday evening, at 07:00 PM, unknown gunmen shot and killed a person in Farm-e Adda area of PD6 in #Jalalabad. No more details are available.
#Nangarhar Governor Office:
Scores of Ahl-e-Hadith scholars pledged allegiance to #IEA in Nangarhar today.
"We are not in favor of revenge& violence. Anyone can live peacefully under the Islamic Emirate of #AFG using the #amnesty announced by the IEA," Nangarhar governor said.
This comes as extrajudicial killings continue in Nangarhar, mainly in Jalalabad City.
Last night a religious scholar teaching at a local Madrassa was shot killed in Qasaba area of Jalalabad.
Meanwhile, two young men were found dead today morning near the ring road in Jalalabad.
There are also UNCONFIRMED reports about #ISKP flags in Dehraud District of #Uruzgan (see the below tweet).
Note: No ISKP activity was reported in Uruzgan Province since the official announcement of the IS offshoot in Afghanistan, in January 2015.
Shinwari Kara News:
"Two incidents took place in #Jalalabad today. In the 1st explosion, Mawlawi Mubarez, #Taliban's director for Nangarhar NGOs, escaped unhurt but his 2 comrades were killed.
A roadside IED detonated in Behsud/PD8 against TB, killing 1 child& wounding 2 others."
Correction:
The first incident of today in PD1 of #Jalalabad City was not an explosion but an armed attack by unknown gunmen, that killed two Taliban, as reported by @EnikassT.
#ISKP claimed responsibility for the armed attack in PD1 of #Jalalabad City yesterday:
"The soldiers of the Caliphate targeted two members of the Taliban, in PD1 of Jalalabad City, with automatic weapons, which led to their killing."
"#The_Supreme_Council_of_National_Resistance intends to resolve #AFG's issues through political means. If the other side (#Taliban)&their supporters do not accept such a solution, we will inevitably resort to the military activities&its responsibility&consequences will be on TB."
#Reactions to the National Resistance Council's statement: 1. Assadullah Saadati (a Hazara leader): "#War is not the solution. We ask the AFG leaders who are in foreign countries not to chant the slogan of war and not to go the way that leads to the Syrianization of Afghanistan."
2. Natiq Malikzada (a #NRF propagandist):
"It should be noted that all the leaders of this newely existed front 'The Council of National Resistance', who now speak of confrontation with the Taliban, fled to #Turkey during war with the Taliban or when the Taliban took Kabul."
