#Extrajudicial_Killings in #Nangarhar:
"Last night, Haji Yunus was evicted from his house in Lalmi village of Chaparhar District&later killed in Saparo village.
Also, a man named Sakhi Dad originally from Khogyani, was beheaded in Surkh Rod district," Shinwari Kara News reported.
Meanwhile, the same source reported that "Unidentified gunmen shot dead a man near the 40-meter road in PD4 of #Jalalabad City, today evening."
No details are available about the identity of the victim & the reason behind his killing yet.

Pro-Taliban accounts:
"Last night, #Taliban attacked four #ISKP hideouts in #Kandahar City.

"Initial info from the TB operation against #ISKP in #Kandahar City shows that 4 ISKP fighters& 2 civilians were killed& about 10 other ISKP members were captured alive.
The operation is currently underway in PD4, near Saydal Hospital."
#Taliban didn't comment on operation against ISKP in Kandahar yet.
The photos of the dead bodies of alleged ISKP members, killed by the TB in Kandahar, are horrific& I am not going to publish it here.
In mid-October, ISKP claimed a deadly attack against a Shia mosque in Kandahar.

#Explosion in west of #Kabul...
Today's #explosion in #Kabul took place near Ariana Kabul Wedding Hall in Kota-e Sangi area, PD5. While the target of explosion is not clear yet, the casualties are mainly civilians.

Taliban's Ministry of Interior spokesman, Qari Saeed Khosti, told state-run Bakhtar News Agency that today morning, a civilian vehicle was targeted with magnetic bomb in Kota-e Sangi area of Kabul's PD5, injuring two civilians.

#Taliban spokesman:
"At least one civilian was killed& two others were injured in a fire that broke out in a minibus& resulted in an #explosion, in Dasht-e-Barchi area of #Kabul's PD18 late today."
Note: Barchi is a Hazara/#Shia settled area of Kabul City.
Photos from the incident scene& a list of casualties received by a nearby hospital showing that the #explosion against a civilian minivan in Hazara-dominated area of #Kabul City today, was a deadly incdent.

According to @1TVNewsAF tweet, Hamid Saighani, a former Ariana TV employee& Habib Yousefi, an e-ID Card office employee, were among those killed in yesterday's #explosion in Dasht-e Barchi of #Kabul City. The exact number of casualties is not yet known.

Shinwari Kara News:
"A bomb exploded in a #mosque during #Friday_prayer in Trili area of #Nangarhar's Spin Ghar district, today afternoon.
According to initial reports, at least 15 civilians were wounded in the #explosion. The condition of some of them, is said to be critical." Image
A @TOLOnews report quoted local officials in Nangarhar, saying that 2 worshipers were killed&17 more wounded in today's mosque explosion in #Nangarhar.
Some other sources reported that 3 people were killed in the explosion.
The casualty figures may change.
According to @bsarwary, the target of today's mosque explosion in Nangarhar was the Imam of the mosque, who is reportedly brother of the #Taliban's Governor for Kot District.
Sources told Sarwary that three people were killed& 14 more wounded in thd blast.

#IEA Council of Ministers in its 9th meeting made the following decisions:
* A delegation from the #security ministries&Ministry for Propagation of Virtue&the Prevention of Vice  was tasked to investigate the complaints of national #traders& money changers& ensure their security.
* The Ministry of Agriculture has been tasked to come up with a plan to address the problems of the people in #winter season by preventing #logging & fuel shortages, with preserving forests& facilitating the transportation & use of the dry wood (#firewood for heating purposes).
* All ministries& independent agencies should carefully evaluate their relevant #laws, #decrees and #regulations of the previous government and submit to the IEA Cabinet Meeting for #review 'any part which has contradiction with the #Shariah or create administrative problems'.

An alleged #TTP member wrote on twitter:
"Over the past few days, there have been reports of talks between the TTP& #PAK government/army:
* There is no progress yet.
* Prisoners release is the first condition but not fulfilled yet.
* About talks, all TTP is on the same platform.
* Both parties don't confirm talks to media, for caution.
* The #IEA may be a mediator, but neutral. Even it is possible that IEA as a mujahidin movement be more in favor of TTP.
* Attempts to spoil negotiations, make it unconditional& to prove it failed, are already neutralized.
* TTP will definitely not hold unconditional or non-Sharia talks, inshallah."
