Judge Nathan: My chambers sent both sides a list of 13 additional prospective jurors that should be consider for excusing. I understand the defense objected to striking four of them. So we'll keep them on the list, to proceed to voir dire.

Judge Nathan: Subtracting those out, we'd exclude 23, 114, 215 257... 561. Also, number 92. The two new ones that the defense wants to object are 226 and 404. We'll remove those two out of the agreed to list. So we have 231 jurors we agree should be called back.

Judge Nathan: So we'll have morning and afternoon sessions to get to the 50 or 60 qualified that I'm counting on. I'll ask my law clerk to hand that list out to both sides and the names that correspond to the juror numbers, 24 hours before voir dire

Judge Nathan: Any questions?
AUSA: No.
Defense: No.
Judge Nathan: We'll meet at 8:30 each day beginning tomorrow. Each panel will be in a separate courtroom. They'll see my video remarks that I recorded. And then they'll be brought in here one at a time.

Judge Nathan: If a juror wants it confidential, we'll do it at sidebar and seal the transcript... I'm going to have a conversation with each juror. Last night the parties submitted the list of places and entities, including witnesses under pseudonyms

Judge Nathan: I'll issue a subpoena with the understanding that the government will provide notice to witnesses today, and any motion to quash by Wednesday.
AUSA: We have 2 more issues. We have yet to reach agreement on what the government witnesses can be asked.

Judge Nathan: What else?
AUSA: Will there be space for witnesses' counsel in the courtroom?
Judge Nathan: That's a question for the District Executive. We are adjourned.
