"He is Naveed, a resident of Lashkargah, #Helmand, graduated from agriculture faculty. Last Thursday, TB intelligence operatives of PD1, evicted him from his house& he was missing. On Saturday, his dead body was found in the Helmand River."

"There are reports in media that a man named Naveed was arrested& killed by #Helmand intel. dept. However, Helmand officials at a press conference denied the allegations, adding that 4 people arrested in connection with the incident."
In a press conference in #Helmand, #Taliban officials confirmed arrest& torture of the victim, #Naveed, by the Intelligence Department of the IEA.

Since very early in the morning, #Taliban launched an operation against a suspected #ISKP hideout in #Jalalabad City. The clash is still ongoing.
The sound of small arms fire, RPGs& other explosions heard by locals in the area.
Details of the incident will come later.

A pro-TB source released an alleged video of the ongoing clearing operation of the #Taliban agajnst an #ISKP hideout in #Jalalabad City:
Pro-TB sources:
"At least 4 #ISKP members, including a suicide bomber, were killed & Atta-u-Rehman, a well-known figure of the group, was arrested (in today's Taliban operation against their hideout in Jalalabad)."

The US Department of Treasury designated Ismatullah Khalozai, a financial facilitator for #ISKP, who has provided support to ISKP’s operations in #AFG by facilitating international financial transactions& movement of #foreign_fighters who seek to escalate tensions in AFG& region.
"For 2 years, Ismatullah Khalozai operated a #Turkey-based #hawala business to transfer funds to finance #ISKP operations. Previously, he operated a #UAE-based financing scheme to generate funds in support of ISKP.
Khalozai has also carried out human smuggling operations 4 ISKP."
Meanwhile, the US @StateDept designated three more #ISKP leaders including the Emir (Sanaullah a.k.a. Shahab al-Muhajir), Cheif Propagandist (Sultan Aziz Azam) and Head of Kabul Operations (Mawlawi Rajab), as Specially Designated Global Terrorists (#SDGT).

"Last night, #Taliban attacked four #ISKP hideouts in #Kandahar City.
The Taliban attacks on ISKP hideouts sparked clashes between the two sides, in Haji Arab & Al-Makkah Plaza in PD15, Deh Khwaja Manda in PD3 & Breshna Kot area in PD9 of Kandahar City."

A local journalist:
"Initial info from the TB operation against #ISKP in #Kandahar City shows that 4 ISKP fighters& 2 civilians were killed& about 10 other ISKP members were captured alive.
The operation is currently underway in PD4, near Saydal Hospital."
#Taliban didn't comment on operation against ISKP in Kandahar yet.
The photos of the dead bodies of alleged ISKP members, killed by the TB in Kandahar, are horrific& I am not going to publish it here.
In mid-October, ISKP claimed a deadly attack against a Shia mosque in Kandahar.

#Explosion in west of #Kabul...
Today's #explosion in #Kabul took place near Ariana Kabul Wedding Hall in Kota-e Sangi area, PD5. While the target of explosion is not clear yet, the casualties are mainly civilians.

Taliban's Ministry of Interior spokesman, Qari Saeed Khosti, told state-run Bakhtar News Agency that today morning, a civilian vehicle was targeted with magnetic bomb in Kota-e Sangi area of Kabul's PD5, injuring two civilians.

"At least one civilian was killed& two others were injured in a fire that broke out in a minibus& resulted in an #explosion, in Dasht-e-Barchi area of #Kabul's PD18 late today."
Note: Barchi is a Hazara/#Shia settled area of Kabul City.

According to @1TVNewsAF tweet, Hamid Saighani, a former Ariana TV employee& Habib Yousefi, an e-ID Card office employee, were among those killed in yesterday's #explosion in Dasht-e Barchi of #Kabul City. The exact number of casualties is not yet known.

Shinwari Kara News:
"A bomb exploded in a #mosque during #Friday_prayer in Trili area of #Nangarhar's Spin Ghar district, today afternoon.
According to initial reports, at least 15 civilians were wounded in the #explosion. The condition of some of them, is said to be critical." Image
A @TOLOnews report quoted local officials in Nangarhar, saying that 2 worshipers were killed&17 more wounded in today's mosque explosion in #Nangarhar.
Some other sources reported that 3 people were killed in the explosion.
The casualty figures may change.
According to @bsarwary, the target of today's mosque explosion in Nangarhar was the Imam of the mosque, who is reportedly brother of the #Taliban's Governor for Kot District.
Sources told Sarwary that three people were killed& 14 more wounded in thd blast.
