With my #Dentist hat on, it seems #illogical to not use a topical anaesthetic agent on the mucosa. 🙄 With my #publichealth hat on, it seems ridiculous to expect uptake of screening tests to increase by mere #healthcommunication campaigns 🙄 and no efforts to improve procedures.
