There is a lot of confusion about what #LymeDisease tests under the #CDC #twotier standard are actually designed to diagnose. I’d like to elucidate for all but am feeling kinda lazy, lol. Let’s see here. 1/x

Some think #lymeDisease diagnostics are geared toward #earlylyme only, while some say #latelyme or #LymeArthritis. It’s more specific than that & there is a reliance on timing & interpretation of results to exclude as many cases as possible. 2/x

First of all, one must understand that #LymeDisease & diagnostic test outcomes vary based on people’s genetic makeup, among other factors. People with certain HLAs (studied in-depth by #AllenSteere) tend to have a stronger immune response. 3/x

#lymeDisease in people with those #Steere HLAs tends to be mild, with #arthritis in one or a few large joints developing after months or years. These are “Steere’s Knees.” They represent roughly 15% of all cases. 4/x

Basically, these are the #lymeDisease cases that will test positive on #twotier #Lyme diagnostics. There is a whole spectrum of other outcomes that aren’t allowed a diagnosis because they are not genetically capable of producing that robust immune response. 5/x

BUT people will say, “I tested positive and I’m realllllly sick!”

If you examine closely what the crooks & mainstream say, it’s that 10%-20% may end up with chronic, neurologic #Lyme. That’s 10%-20% of the 15% who are allowed on a genetic basis to test positive, or 1.5%-3%. 6/x

These 1.5%-3% can be severe cases & they may end up with MS, Parkinson’s, lupus, etc. In fact, Yale had a #Lyme & #lupus clinic before their #CRADA with #SmithKline & #CDC to produce #LYMErix. 7/x

But back to the testing…

The 15% or so who are allowed a #LymeDisease diagnosis generally produce that HLA-linked, strong & broad antibody response 3-6 weeks after infection. And that’s why it is said that the tests are inaccurate for #earlyLyme. 8/x

It’s a half-truth. The #lymeDisease #twotier diagnostic scheme is about 40% sensitive for picking up the 15% Steere’s Knees HLA-privileged cases in the first few weeks after infection. If you look at the product licensing applications, it’s in the “validation” data. 9/x

So, when the “authorities” say #lymeDisease tests need to be improved for #earlyLyme what they’re saying is they need to be better at diagnosing the 15% #lateLyme #lymearthritis cases earlier.

The #LymeDisease crooks have no intention of ever including the 85% who are truly sick, with varying degrees of #ImmuneDeficiency & other debilitating outcomes. They know MDs, the media & even scientists don’t understand the nuance. 11/x

I could share a bunch of different source docs to show that #LymeDisease tests are rigged to exclude the majority/sickest of cases, but I’m pretty sure I’ve done that before & don’t feel like digging them all up again. There was agreement among CDC & multiple researchers. 12/x

Before #LYMErix everyone knew #LymeDisease was a primarily #seronegative disease. They turned it into a seropositive one so no more than 15% could ever test positive in either arm of the phase III LYMErix trials.
