Ukrainian officials close to #Zelensky revealed in #Ukrainian media that UK PM told him not to sign peace deal & that West would not provide guarantees if he would sign such deal. #Russia leaders made similar statements. Ex senior US officials confirmed such peace deal framework.

Now, at least 50 out of 72 wounded Maidan protesters, with whose shooting Berkut police is charged, testified at Maidan massacre trial & investigation that they were shot by snipers from Maidan-controlled buildings & areas &/or witnessed snipers there.

Zelenskyy claims that Russian forces plan to destroy dam in Russian-annexed Kherson Region in false-flag attack in order to blame Ukraine & end supply of water to Russian-annexed Crimea. He says that this would be equivalent to weapons of mass destruction. pravda.com.ua/eng/news/2022/…
Couple of days ago, #Russia claimed that #Ukrainian forces plan to destroy this hydroelectric power station dam on the Dnieper River in Russian-occupied area in order to flood #Kherson city and other nearby areas annexed by Russia. Neither side provided any evidence.
Blowing up dam & ending water supply to Russian-annexed Crimea would be as beneficial to Putin as blowing up Nord Stream to end supply of Russian gas to Germany, blowing up Crimea bridge to cut supplies to Crimea & Kherson & bombing its occupied Zaporizhzhia nuclear power station

In potentially major escalation, #Russian missile strikes in Kyiv might have targeted & damaged building of EU mission near pedestrian bridge & building, which was used before war by Canadian Police mission & now also used as far-right Bratstvo headquarters. It is near playground
Bot buildings in #Kyiv were damaged by Russian missile strikes. This suggests that they might have targeted EU mission & suspended Canadian Police mission &/or far-right Bratstvo. This can be major escalation of proxy war & can qualify as indiscriminate strikes in civilian areas.
