There are two options left for the state to deal with Islamist prisoners:
1.Root their ideology out from their minds (de-radicalise them)
2.Isolate them from others (complete isolation even from outsiders)

currently, it isn't impossible for Western or Asian governments (Indian for example) to root out Islamist ideology from their minds as such states don’t have powerful & effective tools to use.

Throw Islamist prisoners in separate build prisons or segregate the prison blocs, impose ban on their visitors (family or friends), no access to local Imams (they should lead prayer themselves) and no access to any activity which engage them with other prisoners, etc. 4/4
