Frist an update on #Russia's direct hit on an apartment block in #Kharkiv.

Remarkably so far the casualty figures are the same with one elderly woman killed and three other civilians injured.

Many on Twitter and Telegram reporting that #Poland is ready to give F-16 fighter jets to #Ukraine.

That's sort of true. Acually Polish PM Mateusz Morawiecki actually said nothing has changed. If NATO acts on this matter they will be happy to help, but won't go it alone.

A survey of bomb shelters in #Kyiv has revealed one in 5 does not exist.

"They are on the maps, but in reality they do not exist or they are in a terrible state" the OZON monitoring group said.

“It shouldn’t be like this, because the next shelter is 5 minutes away.”

As darkness fell in #Dnipropetrovsk region, an explosion and a pillar of smoke seen here.
