At least three people are dead and 8 injured when cruise missiles hit a city previously almost untouched by the war..
#Russia's barrage at around 04:00 this morning saw two rockets land in #Uman in central #Ukraine.
A large apartment block was hit and some warehouses nearby.
#Ukraine says it shot down 21 out of 23 cruise missiles of the Kh-101 and Kh-555 types, as well as 2 drones.
Air defence is improved, especially with Patriots, which is probably why #Russia targets civilians in cities which have fewer defences such as #Mykolaiv yesterday + #Uman
#Russia's dead in the war may reach 190,000 tomorrow.
Today's numbers are broadly in line with recent days, though slightly lower.
There were also rockets + drones launched on #Kyiv region this morning.
The only damage and injury appears to be in the small town of #Ukrainka, south of the capital. It's thought part of a downed rocket hit a tower block, with the fragment injuring a young girl.

The old football ground and a medical centre were also damaged. #Russia says the only MRI scanner is destroyed - there used to be many but🇷🇺 stole them
In #Uman' meanwhile, more bodies have been pulled from the rubble of the apartment block.
