#Pathology #COVID19 #spike #autopsy The German pathologist @ArneBurkhardt is getting a lot of stuff wrong with his presentations to the EU parliament and other interested parties on his supposed technique to determine vaccine related adverse events after autopsy.
First off, its not cool to represent yourself as a member of a pathology group in Reutlingen when you are no longer officially employed there. A qualifier like "former" would be better. The people who actually work there: pathologie-reutlingen.de 
Cardiac venule - this is a small vein that takes deoxygenated blood away from the heart. He thinks the death occurred 134 days after vaccination in the absence of biologically plausible mechanisms on why this may be. The main thing shown on the right is white blood cells...
with damage to the endothelium, which is a possible thing that may occur with heart muscle inflammation. We have no controls, no evidence that he didn't just pick the worst piece of tissue to display, and none of the rest of the autopsy's clinical reasoning.
The meaning of the word "controls" here means the inclusion of comparison tissue, normal tissue, neighboring tissue, and making sure your biochemical tests all worked properly.

We could say some of the same things about the next slide, shown here. There are formalized guidelines to diagnose COVID in humans and specimens, but all we have to look at is spike staining. ( idsociety.org/practice-guide… and cdc.gov/coronavirus/20… )
Lymphocytes in heart muscle is a marker of myocarditis, but we don't have any evidence to see that Burkhardt looked at any other causes of myocarditis.
That would be fixable if Burkhardt would just publish his findings in a peer reviewed journal with other pathologists, but we need to be suspicious of his intentions when he does not do this. Theoretically it should be easy to defend your findings in front of other pathologists.
In this slide, stating that there was neuron transfection here is a big, big statement. In English, that means that the brain cells have taken up mRNA vaccine and are now making spike. However, a logical pathologist would also show that the blood brain barrier is damaged.
The blood brain barrier (BBB) protects all the parts of the spinal cord and brain because it is so important, biologically, to keep things out. This is why we have many different, entire professions, figuring out how to get medicines across it to treat things like brain cancer.
The second thing you also need to show is the ability of crossing mRNA vaccine to cause disease in the amounts that it crosses. Just showing spike protein in 50 brain cells is not sufficient evidence to show it caused an actual disease process. You can also reference...
other studies, but Burkhardt made no effort to do this. The picture of the brain cells does not demonstrate any evidence of BBB damage, even though Burkhardt likely had the tools and medical knowledge to demonstrate his case. Vaccine doesn't magically float into the brain.
Damage to the aorta - Burkhardt uses the same tactic. Adult aorta damage is unfortunately very common from things like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, connective tissue disorders you were born with, and infectious issues. Again, absolutely no effort in excluding those.
Heart disease is literally one of the leading causes of death worldwide (that includes aorta disease), and there was no effort to systematically explain why these patients did not have adult heart disease.
Damage to elastic lamella - a famous thing that causes elastic lamella damage is vasculitis, or inflammation of the blood vessels. This autoimmune condition has been going on long before COVID. sciencedirect.com/topics/neurosc…
Yet again, no effort whatsoever to rule out other causes of adult elastic lamella damage.
This 87 year old was thought to have amyloidosis and an aneurysm in one blood vessel, and here the Congo red stain was used. Just as a recap, amyloidosis is when your body mistakenly makes a wrong protein and it deposits in all the wrong places. Think of it like the garbage...
trucks all going out on strike for weeks, your city would be quite smelly indeed. This condition is already steeply biased towards our oldest citizens, and Congo red is just a dye - it can show amyloid but it does not on its own, demonstrate how the amyloid got there...
That requires separate tests, which cardiologists are quite proficient at doing when they need to diagnose amyloidosis. Based upon these slides alone I do not know what protein caused the amyloid.
Besides, COVID itself has been known to set off the disease process of amyloidosis pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37055928/ . And no, it wasn't conglomerations of spike protein, it was amyloid AA, which has been known for 50 years, which is different from spike.

In short, this is a pathologist who essentially believes that all car problems are all are caused by the same thing. You wouldn't go to a car mechanic that thought this way, so hold Dr Burkhardt to a higher standard than that.
