What's your edge?
1) Tbh, I've always struggled with the concept of "edge". I know I am not unique in what I do. If anything, my repeatable edge simply comes
2) from my attitude and love for the game. If "price is a liar" as John Burbank says, I'm devoted to the pursuit of truth...
3) Thus one of our core principles is "the more clarity we have in life, the more clarity we will find in markets"
4) As As the great poet Muhammad Iqbal wrote, “I wandered in pursuit of my own self; I was the traveler, and I am the destination.”
5) So I strive on the competition, the intellectual challenge of forecasting macro trends and putting up consistently high returns
6) I want to show clients how macro thinking and money management can be gracefully and profitably intertwined
7) So I am working backwards... if we succeed in this endeavour, then maybe I’ll convince myself that I have an "edge" too.
