~1500 yrs old official seal of the Rigvedic college from Kashi depicting Vedic sage watering a plant in his hermitage flaked by two pupils. 
The legend in brahmi script on the seal reads "Bahvraca Charanam" - indicating that it was a Charana/college specialized in study of Rigveda
Another ancient seal belonging to the college specialized in the study of the Charaka recension of Krsna Yajurveda. Frm Kashi-Gupta period.
Legend on the seal reads "Charaka Charana" while official emblem of the college as shown on the seal was Nandi with Crescent moon & Sun.
This seal with Nandi with legend Chandoga on obverse & Chakra flanked by conch shells on reverse belonged to the Chandoga college of Samveda
During archaeological excavations at Kashi seals belonging to many such educational institutes were found. Here's their brief summary.
My personal favourite - 7th century seal belonging to Kashi Vishwanath jyotirlinga temple depicting crescent moon in arched Tripundra lines.
The legend on the obverse reads - "Avimukteswara Bhattarakah" indicating that it probably belonged to the Mahanta/chief priest of the temple
Kashi Vishwanath in those days was more popularly known as Avimukteswara (Avimukta - the one who doesn't turn his eyes away (from Kashi)).
This seal with Srivatsa symbol belonged Kardameshwara temple - another important temple of Kashi, as the legend "Kardamaka rudra" suggests
Today Kardameshwara Temple is the rare, perhaps the only medieval Hindu temple in Kashi (& in UP) that escaped wrath of Jihadi barbarians.
It is also one of the five sacred shiva temples on the outskirts of Kashi which forms part of the ancient Pancha Kroshi Parikrama of Kashi.
Oh & did I tell you abt this seal from Kashi depicting Athena (from Kushna period?) ?- must have belonged to some Greek merchant to Kashi!😎
