Based on weeks of research, and the discovery of new details today, I believe there is more to the Trump Tower Moscow deal than meets the eye.
Apologies for the lack of content recently - but there is a lot going on behind the scenes. I hope to be able to share some of my findings in the upcoming week.
Huge sums of money flowed from the Russian state bank Sberbank to the developer after Trump agreed to the Letter of Intent.
Michael Cohen and the chairman of the Russian developer Andrey Rozov were misleading in the Letter of Intent.
The ownership structure of the developer is clearly meant to hide key details about who was involved in this deal. I am making progress on this front.
The nominal owner, as i’m sure you are all aware by now, is a prominent lawyer in Cyprus by the name of Christodoulos Vassiliades. His clients are highly influential Russians - Usmanov, the Mogilevich family, Sberbank, etc.
Vassiliades has set up companies that have been busted for money laundering for clients from all around the world. Not only is he rich and well-known, but he also has very high political connections (more on this sometime this week)
Vassiliades has also, since 2012, worked with the Panamanian law firm that advised Trump on his hotel in Panama City. This law firm has its own web of money laundering operations.
There are many more tangents about this deal that don’t make sense. I’ll list a few.

-Cohen said he didn’t think the developer could get the money needed to move forward with the project. I’ve reported that they received a loan worth at least $184 million in Dec 2015.
-Felix Sater said that this deal would get Trump into the White House. Why was he so sure?
-40% of the company is owned by shell companies in the BVI and Marshall Islands to hide the ownership. Who wants to remain hidden?
All of the above tweets lead me to believe that the Moscow deal is a crucial datapoint in the Trump/Russia affair.
For decades, the USSR/Russia has used business transactions (especially real estate deals) to gain kompromat. Doing a deal with a Rozov who was charged with negligent homicide, no less, is extremely risky.
Additionally, the presence of at least two major money launderers involved in this deal should raise a million red flags.
/END - Hope to share more information soon.
