Never looked into Visionscape before yesterday. Just took the ‘story’ at face value. A bit of digging now and ...sigh. What a hot steaming pile of 💩
This company - ABC Sanitation (wicked people tell me it’s Alpha Beta) owns 15% of the Visionscape SPV. On their website you can’t see any information about who they are abcs.com.ng 
So I went to check out the CSH Environmental that’s UK based. At least it’s been around for a bit. But note the company’s address - same place as Visionscape in the U.K.
When you check out the CSH Director, Mark Roy Slade, you see he was appointed a director into Visionscape last week. Or one of the several Visionscape entities
As for Visionscape itself, the puzzle is finally solved when you do a search on the director, Hermanus Ackerman, and you see this company and who he’s done business with in the past beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/110304…

The only part of the whole Visionscape thing that checks out is CSH Environmental - they’re at least a family owned British waste disposal business that’s been around for about 30 years cshenvironmental.co.uk
But you can see the whole formula in full public view - inside man goes to find oyinbo to do the real work. The problem is that you have to deliver and Visionscape has so far messed up so badly. And when you don’t deliver people start digging to find out why ...
