1) To answer this excellent question we have to ask: What/Who is a liberal? I know pretty well, because I used to have a similar mindset in my adolescent years...
2) A liberal is someone who has very little, if any, distance from his/her own mind. This is how you typically are as a kid and into adolescent years... Becoming an adult requires a distance to your own mind (emotions/thoughts)...
3) Without this distance it becomes impossible to face repressed inner pain (i.e. negative emotions), and the only option left is to project all repressed negativity (which we all carry in various degrees) onto an outside "other/enemy"...
4) This is why you always see the liberal/leftists blaming what they are doing onto their perceived enemy (they call you fascist and hit you in the head with biker locks because you wear a MAGA hat, for example)...
5) When you have no reflective distance to your own mind, naturally the first thing that pops into your head will automatically and blindly be perceived as the ultimate truth. There is no room for questioning anything, or allowing one thought to go to wait for a new perspective..
6) This is why the leftist/liberals cannot fathom that there even is such a thing as another perspective. Most in the truth/trump/maga/conservative movement are always reflecting on how/why liberals are the way they are... at least they want to understand, even if they cannot...
7) Most all in the truth/maga/trump/conservative movement have established a certain reflective distance to their own mind. This is why conservative icons (like Milo and Trump himself) have a great sense of humor and self-irony, something the leftists completely and utterly lack.
8) Having no reflective distance to your own mind is simply immaturity. Combine that with massive repressed pain that has no outlet (other than projection) cause without a distance they cannot allow anything to come up cause it's too scary and painful...
9) This is why they hate Trump so intensely. Everything is projected onto him because his election and his trolling is challenging their whole world view. It is breaking down the defense mechanism blocking them from facing their own repressed pain and negativity...
10) Because of their immense repressed inner pain the leftist/liberals always need a "cause" to fight for, and to project everything onto a symbolic "enemy". It also explains their viciousness and self-righteous violence or call for violence and censorship...
11) This massive repressed pain also explains why they are so easy to trigger. And as tempting as it is to trigger them, I also think we could offer them a solution... some may be willing, if many are not...
12) The best way to get some distance to your mind is through meditation and mindfulness. When a little distance is gained, suddenly you are able to vent stuff without acting it out, or projecting it out. It's just is allowed to run its course, and leave you for good...
13) Right now these people are like a boiling pot with no vent. They are desperate, and don't know where to turn in a world that has gone mad. If you have a distance to your own mind, you might be able to help...
14) Discussing politics is not gonna help anyone. What if you open up to a liberal friend, and make it OK to have inner pain? What if you lend him/her a book on meditation or mindfulness? There are many ways to reach out...
15) Of course, this will only work on liberals who have your trust, and who are not completely "gone". It has to be done on a case to case basis, and it has to be done with a subtle touch of wisdom...
16) I think it can be worth it if you can save the relationship with a friend or family member... and who knows, maybe that person will be grateful and have a new life all of a sudden...
Addendum: The leftist/liberals ultimate goal is to turn the whole world into a giant trigger-free "safe space" so they can escape feeling their own inner repressed pain...
The only real solution is for them to "grow up", gain some distance to their mind and face the inner demons...
