The old pictures are around 2014/15 while the other last two are the latest. I have to say that I am super proud of my skin recovery process although it takes up almost a year.

Then my roommate yang putih melepak and flawless tu suruh i guna local skincare Mekar Semilu. WRONG MOVE! Kulit I jadi putih gila dalam masa 2 minggu je! But jerawat berjemaah tumbuh tak henti henti. kecil besar semua ada.
I used the product for almost a year degil punya pasal seller tu kata nak keluarkan toksin semua. I was 18 years old back then, I would do anything to have clear beautiful flawless skin and white! I pun pergi kelas pakai makeup and tak cuci betul right after so adds up the cause
Then, after graduate from matriculation, i jadi lagi down sebab kulit makin teruk. My family never stop talking about it and tried to find a way to help me. Dalam family, I je yang berjerawat teruk. Sedih tu sampai taknak keluar bilik langsung.
in 2016, i pakai local lagi, nourain. Sebab tu je yang ikut bajet i. Putih tu, kekal, jerawat pun start pulih. Yang taknya, lepas stop terus naik mendadak. EH APA MASALAH KULIT AKU NI SEBENARNYA
Since then, i taknak guna local langsung. I dah taknak putih! Nak kulit bersih je! Mungkin ada local skincare yang berkesan, tak semua. cuma if you suggest i guna local memang i takkan sentuh pun. Unless that product is sold in drugstore/pharmacy.

Membantu tu membantu. Cuma pricey sangat and i don't like the feel of it on my skin. Hence, i stop buying new ones and start looking for products that can be bought in pharmacy. i can just ask the pharmacist directly. and time tu pulak ada berangan nak jadi model. hm
tapi sebelum decide nak beli tu, i ada la tengok video doktor ni picit jerawat blackheads semua tu Ya Allah memuaskan gila. Then it occurs to me. I need to get an extraction. So i pergi spa seksyen 7 and booked an appointment on Dec 2016. This is my last hope. I'm counting on it

And so, my skin recovery begins. Throughout the try and error ada je jerawat tumbuh. But not as bad as before. I guna ubat tidact untuk sapu kawasan yang still berjerawat. Alhamdulillah, it works!
Dalam skincare routine I ada 5 steps je. Sunscreen, cleansing, scrub, toner, moisturiser. KENA CONSISTENT. ubat sapu semua tu i guna bila tumbuh jerawat je. OH JAP. Gambar semua bersumberkan google ye kawan2.
I tak suka pakai makeup. Pergi event pun tak pakai makeup. Lukis kening, lipbalm, sunscreen dengan bedak johnson's je.
kak @ImanAbdulRahim selalu pesan pakai sunscreen! i lupa beza sunscreen and sunblock. but let's assume we're talking about sunscreen here. i've tried biore, neutrogena and i don't like both of it sebab buat muka i rasa berminyak, makin gelap and kasi belang.

Dah balik kelas tu, i kadang cuci muka guna garnier miracle water tu, kadang tak. Guna kapas ye. This helps to remove dirts on the face before cleanser. emm not much to describe about it. Nak cakap remove makeup pun tak sangat. I lagi prefer baby oil kalau nak remove makeup
CLEANSER - Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser. I tak pernah tukar cleanser since treatment tu sebab suka gila gila gila. Bulan ketiga guna baru nampak perubahan. Slowly, but surely. Idk why dekat sini jual rm60+ botol kecil. Australia 500ml dalam rm30+ je
SCRUB - Bioglo Tea Tree Facial Scrub is my faaaaaaaaaaav. I pernah try St. Ives Apricot, pretty sure everyone knows that it's dajal. Tried St. Ives Green Tea too, okay tu okay. Cuma not my cup of tea. Bioglo jugak yang best sebab bila pakai tu, Allahu rasa sejuk gila muka!
i selalu suggest orang guna bioglo ni. I promote habis sebab best pakai. I SHOULD BE THE DUTA BY NOW WHERE YOU AT
TONER - I tried Eskinol + Dalacin T before. Bila you gosok (dengan sopan) muka, nanti kapas tu ada kotoran lebih dari muka you. It's great but kena beli online. And I'm such a loser in waiting.
Then, i switched to simple toner botol hijau tu. Boii this caused little bumps on my forehead its no fun! But it is hydrating cuma tak suka la kalau ada jerawat kecil tu. So, I switch to sebamed clear face, tengok kapas pun, nampak ada kotoran haaa.
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. This part mungkin ramai kecam nanti. I rasa acd ni banyak membantu. Youtuber pun ramai guna. Cumanya, kena mic dengan air kalau nak.
You can either mix it up with water in a bottle or just follow how Michelle Phan use it.
MOISTURISER - Right now I’m using simple botol putih tu. I don’t like it sebab I dah try nano white sebelum tu. Nano white is much more lightweight, and esoknya bila bangun, tak berminyak pun kulit!
Bila kulit tumbuh jerawat, I sapu ubat tretinon overnight. Benzac pun okay juga. Keluar siang pun I guna yang nexcare tu
Untuk parut, I dah try hiruscar and mederma but end up dapat whiteheads. So, I don’t treat my scars. Cuma, kalau ada jerawat tu jangan picit je. I keep my scars actually. It makes me feel like a normal person.
Also, girls and boys. Jerawat tu normal. Its something that everyone is facing it at least once in their life. It’s just a matter of time and effort. And, jangan kejar putih! Brown is beautiful too!

Ok now pasal kurus. I tak rasa I kurus pun. Time matriks berat I dalam 65kg. Now dah around 55kg. What I did was, I kurang makan nasi. Kadang tak ambil pun. Dalam pinggan tu, I lebihkan lauk and sayur. Nasi 1 senduk je. Kalau makan tu, I habiskan sayur dulu, then lauk, baru nasi.
I tak exercise langsung! Sekarang je baru nak berjinak. Bab pipi tu, Allahu seksanya dulu. Everytime I menguap terus pin tercabut. I selalu kunyah chewing gum yang Doublemint tu. I don’t think it’s a good habit. Bila pakai moisturizer and toner, I urutkan muka I ke atas gittcheww
Okay guys, skincare ubat tu semua boleh dapat dekat guardian watson caring semua. Cuma scrub Bioglo tu boleh dapat dekat pharmacy Cosway je. Harga boleh google.
