So, let me tell you a story from 2013. Unfortunately this has nothing to do with #ChangeTheChannel , but ties more on how people tended to neglect ERod or even judge him after he joined CA.
Back when I was starting as ERod’ titlecard artist, the Deviantart group wanted to assemble an artist project of CA producers in tarot cards. I got in to make the @ShadowTodd card here: fav.me/d4hfj01 and then asked why Erod wasn’t on the list
After I asked twice pointing out that other producers had 2 cards, one of them told me bluntly that others thought negatively of ERod, but nobody gave me a good reason why. This made me upset because I got to know him after being hired and nothing fits to I was told
So I made two deviations of that to make my point and made two cards on my own. The first one was the @itstherapcritic Six of Wands: fav.me/d4i67ww, and ERod’s fav.me/d4i42i6 . To illustrate this: they accepted the one of RapCritic, but they ignored ERod’s
And again when I also landed the spot to do the Transmission Awesome card that featured @RolloT @NikFTime @pawdugan and @PushinUpRoses fav.me/d4i37do the group liked it, but ignored the ERod one deliberately
Then I sent the card to ERod as a gift, and he loved it so much that it was featured more than twice in his videos. That was more touching than having it part of a deck project that never got printed in the end. And that’s another reason why I keep defending ERod.
One more thing. This story has no ties to the administration at CA. I won’t drop names, but I know from first hand info that other people (fangroups and sone producers) kept him out of circles, and @Linkara19 and @AngryJoeShow were the first ones to welcome him with kindness
The official explanation for the card concept was “lone warrior”, and now you know why.
Btw. This is the proof that I’m not making it up for drama. And also it was 2011, my bad 
Ps 2: please don’t be mad at people from 2011. They must have evolved into a new mindset in 2018. After this, the aesop is to never label someone without know them. If you didn’t get from his statement why ERod is a respectable guy, then nothing will change your mind.
