1). What sort of legal entity is “Britain’s Future”

I cannot find a company of that name in Companies House.

2). This is a link to Britainsfuture.co.uk website.

Tim Dawson (of The Spectator, amongst other ) says he is the Editor.

4). What IS the legal entity with which @facebook contracted?

5). I can see no details of a limited company on the website either

I wanted to not post about this, but have seen some snarky and condescending posts about it, so here we go: yes, the forest fires we've been seeing are a symptom of settler-colonialism and its manifestation in "late stage capital" to use a perhaps-hackneyed term. /1
I worked at a collectively-run environmental publication that regularly won "best forestry resources" awards from ForestryDegree.net, and also spent five years at a local biodiversity group called Bark here in Portland. /2
Indigenous peoples did not mobilize massive forest-killing systems and machines, nor did they opt to go in that direction. Many used "swidden" farming, which does involve controlled burns for agriculture, but also maintained what Euros called "the commons." /3

It dawned on me that I post photos of my cows and the land, but not much about us. So here we go....
We are David and Bekka. Husband and wife. 33 years old. We are not from a farming background and have been farming without a farm for 3 years.
So what is #farmingwithnature? It's not an accreditation or a sticker on a steak. It's our deep belief about how we should manage our countryside. On our holding, that means producing beef from grasslands where crops won't grow.

In these wild places, it's also our job to make sure that our farm provides homes for wildlife, allows water to behave naturally, and cycles carbon in a way that that benefits our climate.
