KJU will shut down its "northern nuke testing site" in full view of int'l experts and journos sometime in May per Blue House. KJU: "Some say that we are terminating facilities that are not functioning, but you will see that they are in good condition."

This was supposedly agreed at the Apr 27 summit but wasn't included as part of the Panmunjom Declaration. The "northern site" is Punggye-ri in Giljoo township in North Hamkyong. NK will "invite" select int'l observers and journos to witness the shut down

KJU said site (Punggye-ri) watchers are mistaken: the site is functional and there are 2 large usable tunnels. "You'll see when you get there." Of course this was already announced at the April 20 plenary where NK also declared no more ICBMs will be fired english.yonhapnews.co.kr/national/2018/…
That's only in the original, not in the translated. Blue House: "This shows NK's willingness to be proactive about int'l inspections. This could be done even before the NK-US summit." Why wasn't this announced at the summit? "There wasn't enough time"

Plus KJU hadn't yet agreed to media disclosure. Any other summit news yet to be disclosed? Well, what was discussed while Moon and KJU had their mano-a-mano talk at the Crossing Bridge hasn't exactly been revealed to even Blue House officials. So there might be some still left
Exactly what did KJU say? "Some say we're shutting down something that's useless. You'll see when you go there but there are 2 large subterranean test sites (tunnels) that are larger than the normal site (presumably the one that have been in use) and they are in very good shape"
Blue House spokesman Yoon YC also attributes some quotes to KJU that sound well, er too good to be true. "We know US isn't favorably disposed to us but when they talk to us, they'll see that I'm not the type of person that will explode nukes in South Pacific or fire one to US"
Well, then, what happened back in September 2017 at the UN General Assembly when Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho said KJU might call for "an H-bomb test at an unprecedented level, perhaps over the Pacific." No more Bikini Atoll?

KJU: "If we trust each other and execute non-aggression & peace pacts, why would we live with nukes with all the difficulty [sanctions] that brings? Plus there won't be another Korean War; Korean people will never shed another drop of blood and there'll be no military aggression"
BH spokesman: "KJU even called for establishing operating procedures to restrain each side at DMZ when there are accidents that could lead to military confrontation." Hmm ... "[You know Moon Jae-in, you are my very best friend in the whole wide world]."
"This could be the beginning of a beautiful relationship."
"We’ll always have Paris, I mean Pyongyang."
