Another day and another reminder that women in the workplace spend SO MUCH MORE of their time than men thinking about, discussing, designing, and building healthy spaces for collaboration and diversity. There is a gender time gap.
If we directed the (literally) tens of hours a month most of us spend considering, discussing, solutioning, and supporting community design, justice, and health and redirected it to 'substance' how much more would we have gotten done?
Men need to show up. And not to score feminist brownie points with solidarity or outrage about some dude that gets outed in @HuffPost. But doing the daily work to innovate our approaches as a community with the skill/energy we devote to our 'real work'.
