Correct me if I'm wrong,but an Older Couple,living in an"Empty Nest"can sell their house,take a Tax Free Capital Gain & buy a smaller pad?
Then that big house hits the market & it's a target for Young Families,who can burn their Super to rake up a deposit on an over-priced joint?
So let's take a 25-35yo Couple,with a couple of Kids,just how much have they got stashed in their Super fund,not to mention how much they're likely to have saved,or not!
