New from me, Part 1 of a three-part project that has been about three months in the making looking at the growing drug poisoning crisis in Edmonton.

edmontonjournal.com/news/local-new… #yeg #ableg #abpoli #abhealth #overdosecrisis In Part 1, I spoke with four families in the Edmonton area who all lost a loved one to an overdose between 2015-2021.

I can’t stress enough how thankful I am to the families who were willing to sit down and share what was one of the worst moments of their lives for this piece.
