There was a terrorist attack in the center of Lugansk. There are reports of one dead and several wounded. Leonid Pasechnik, the head of the LPR, also confirmed that it was not a rocket attack, but an explosion.
The explosion in Lugansk occurred in a beauty salon on Demekhin Street.
🇺🇦#Ukraine launched a missile attack on an aviation school in Lugansk.
Apparently the strike was again carried out by British Storm Shadow missiles. 1/2 2/2 "There's quite a dense residential area there. Recently restored cadet corps building," said Rodion Miroshnik, former ambassador of the Lugansk People's Republic.

2/ The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have continued launching strikes by high-precision long-range air- and sea-based armament at the military control and energy systems of Ukraine.
This is very serious for the energy infrastructure of the territory controlled by the Kyiv regime.
1/42/4 The Readovka analytical service has calculated the possible losses of Ukraine's energy infrastructure from today's strikes on hydroelectric power plants.
Also today, the open switchgear of the Dniester hydroelectric power plant-1 in the west of Kiev-controlled territory was struck.
The Dniester hydroelectric power plant-1 is the most powerful power plant in the Dniester cascade (702 MW). 1/3 2/3 Along with the Ladyzhenskaya thermal power plant, it is the main source of energy in the southwest of Kiev-controlled territory.
Through this open 330 kV switchyard, it is the most important node for energy distribution.
