After the recent military drills in the Taiwan region, #China’s spokesperson of the Eastern Theater Command said they will closely observe the situation in the Taiwan Straits and regularly organize combat readiness security patrols to safeguard national sovereignty.#CrossStrait According to Chinese military expert and TV commentator Song Zhongping, “combat readiness” means #China will carry out security patrols to expel enemy planes and ships whenever its sovereignty is threatened, fully equipping with weapons and personnel.

#Syria Wednesday accused the U.S. of smuggling oil out of the country via an illegal crossing into Iraqi Kurdistan. Syrian Ministry of #Oil and Mineral Resource reported that more than 80 percent of its oil was plundered by U.S. occupying forces.
