As a reporter, I never share my opinion especially online, but CPS dispatch is an absolute joke. Walking the dog & drunk guy approached me, screaming, threatening me. He was drunk, upset over my race & that I didn't offer my cigar. Called 911, no unit ever came. 1/5 #Calgary #yyc Speaking to dispatch for 15min while it happened and no units enroute. 3 inactive police units (no cherries on) drove by me during & after the incident, nobody stopped. It's been 51min after the incident started & still no units showed up. #yyc #Calgary 2/5.

Documents obtained show #Calgary Metro (1.5m+ ppl) had 3,324 red alerts & 36,570 orange alerts in 2020. Averages about 9 red alerts & 100 orange alerts per day. X-Site Energy Services, whose logo is on the decal, says it is not involved at all, denying it made the decal. #yyc #abpoli @660NEWS "It's not from X-Site or any (of its) employees," says Doug Sparrow, company GM. He adds, "it's just not right and they're calling me a rapist and all this stuff, it's all defamation of character coming out. It's not me." Restating neither X-Site nor its employees made the decal.
