Cases under-counted due to ⬇️testing.

Should we re-expand testing eligibility so people can have better info to manage risk? I do think some of the decline in cases is 'real' given that hospitalizations/ICU #'s are also peaking & wastewater sampling is showing a decline.🤞🏻

But case #'s are still not reliable since testing was very restricted from Dec 31 onwards.
