The absolute deference & perceived infallibility conferred upon administrative bodies/regulators by the Courts has created a situation where the "decision of the Courts" is simply a regurgitation of the regulator's statements.

I have stated all along, that constitutional challenges, trying to end the mandates, etc. - will NOT work UNTIL you take out the foundation!

Here are some facts to knock out the foundation (the "data" used to justify ALL measures, restrictions, mandates, etc.):

Congratulation #Ontario !
88.5% have at least 2 shots.
33.3% have 3 shots.
The FULLY-vaccinated have a HIGHER infection RATE per 100,000 & avg. 80% of new cases.
AND you hit a new record high of hospitalizations at 3,220!
Only 17.1% of hospitalizations are UNvaccinated...

1/... ...which is close to their % of the population.

ICU data lags at least 2 weeks behind hospitalizations...and the FULLY-vaccinated are already set to take the lead there as well.

205 deaths in the FIRST 10 DAYS of Jan - which is MORE then the ENTIRE month of Dec.

Translation of Dr. Moore's press briefing today for people in #Ontario - for those that missed it:

1) We have been FALSELY inflating hospitalization numbers for the past 20 months by combining numbers for those admitted "because of COVID-19" with...

1/... ...the numbers for those admitted "who just happen to have a positive test result".

So 52.5% (381) of COVID-19 cases in hospitals in #Ontario are "Unknown" vax status - & conveniently NOT shown in the pie graph of hospitalized cases.
An ABJECT FAILURE of data collection - yet @fordnation & @celliottability will base decisions on these numbers!
Fix the data!!!
1/ The media needs to hold our elected officials AND Dr. Moore accountable for this data.
They MUST be pressured to provide theses answers!

We ALSO need to know the % of Double vs. Triple vaccinated "cases", "hospitalizations", etc. - EVERY day!

Imagine that someone was able to collect information on occurrences of chest pain in every "otherwise healthy" university student, staff member or faculty in North America that were exposed to chemicals as part of their studies, employment, or tenure.

#REMINDER : Whether or not your employer got written or verbal consent (or no consent at all) for you to disclose your CV-19 vaccination status - employer-mandated and/or gov't-mandated CV-19 vaccinations all constitute coercion.

1/... Under PHIPA 18(1)(d) - consent in #Ontario is NOT legal if obtained under coercion.

Due to mandates - it is NOT possible to obtain LEGAL consent in #Ontario.

BC has now created a two-tiered society of "haves" & "have-nots" - where your inability to participate in normal activities in our society (weddings, business meetings, dining, church, etc.) is NOW a reality.
