🤓Ya conocemos que la vit. D, no es una simple vitamina, sino que tiene implicaciones como pro-hormona y hormona, contando con su propio Sistema Endocrino de la Vitamina D (SEVD) (Ribbans WJ, et al. J ISAKOS 2021).
En su labor paracrina, encontramos las “enzimas activadoras” de esta vitamina (α-1-hidroxilasa) y sus receptores (VDR) en riñón, páncreas y corazón, en otros, asociándose por tanto, con los factores de riesgo cardiovascular. ¿ASOCIACIÓN IMPLICA CAUSALIDAD? Veamos 🤷♂️.

primeramente no me meteré con los conceptos de sensibilidad ni especificidad esas cosas se pueden machetear, esto es mas que nada para resolver el cuadro sin morir en el intento.
Bien, usualmente son problemas razonados en donde uno tiene que hacer el cuadro, esta es mi sugerencia, de preferencia dibujen en el papel y no traten de hacerlo en su mente. Cabe aclarar que en "gold standar" puede ir casos confirmados y en "Prueba" casos probables, etc...

I'm excited to announce my new position as the Director of the Stanford-Synapse Brainwave Learning Center! My new role is central to a unique partnership between the Educational Neuroscience Initiative @Stanford and @SynapseSchool (an independent K-8 school).

Since I began my training in educational #neuroscience, I have been adamant that progress in this field would require people specifically trained in #mind, #brain and #education to take positions outside of the traditional academic track & focus on challenges unique to MBE.

We need spaces dedicated to rigorously investigating the questions at the heart of #MBE, where stakeholders (researchers, teachers, parents, administrators, and students) can work together. I am thrilled to be involved in first-of-its-kind initiative that does just that.
