January 12, 2018, the Federal Government of Nigeria launched the National Egg Production Scheme #NEGPRO in Ondo State. The scheme is aimed at achieving a daily production of 50 million eggs in the next 5 years... #GovtAtWorkNG

The Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise #FMARDLIFE kicked off in 24 states on Jan 15, 2018 with advocacy, sensitization & registration of women/youth farmer cooperatives, The programme is promoting community-based on-farm and off-farm business for job/ wealth… #GovtAtWorkNG

To improve extension services, on Jan 20, 2018, HM @AuduOgbeh launched the National Farmers’ Helpline Centre at the Institute for Agric Research, IAR, Zaria; and flagged off distribution of Motorcycles to Extension Agents in the 37 ADPs nationwide to ease mobility. #GovtAtWorkNG
May 10, 2018: HM @AuduOgbeh launched the S.M.A.R.T Model Farm mechanization, a PPP of FG, @JohnDeere & NAMEL. The tech-smart mech extension prog has capacity to increase productivity by 300% and will provide easier access to mechanization for smallholder farmers #GovtAtWorkNG
