The new buzzword we're all going to have to deal with for the duration of the next conspiracy cycle is "ocunus lures." This isn't from any new documents or anything -- I don't know exactly when it was released, but it was unredacted in an old copy of the texts I have. 
So yeah, the President of the United States is announcing that this text proves that the U.S. government launched a "counter-intelligence operation into the Trump Campaign" as of Dec. 28, 2015.
The deep state truthers have yet to settle on a singular theory of what an "oconus lure" actually is, but they are very sure it is some kind of "Outside Contiguous US Spy," and although nothing in the text references Trump, the oconus spy must definitely be a spy in his campaign.
In real life, or at least according to the US Attorneys' Manual, a "lure" is a way of getting a defendant to go into a territory where you can arrest them.
I have no idea what the particular "oconus lures" referred to here are, but lures are used to make arrests, not get intel.

Anyway we have now reached a point where the president can tweet out the political conspiracy theory equivalent of chemtrails, and we all just kind of shrug.
