Ok, enough. The Guardian/Observer is considering its options, as am I. Is there a hotshot defamation lawyer who believes in public interest, evidence-based reporting who wants to take Arron to court?
Oh, and I believe I also have a case under the Malicious Communications Act for the death threat video they left up for two days...
Here's an idea. Why don't you step in, @englishpen? You defend journalists, don't you? You can take a case against your trustee - Arron's lawyer, @AnthonyJulius6 at @Mishcon_de_Reya. That'd be fun.
Also, I note the @sundaytimes didn't come to me with a right to reply though the clear inference from @IsabelOakeshott's article is defamatory toward me.
