Ugh. So here we go again. Major £££ Facebook campaign targeting dozens of Labour MPs. When is Britain going to wake up to what's going on. What went on. And how our democracy has been utterly corrupted & debased by Facebook
Constituents of target Labour MPs being sent these ads by right-wing group. Here's @YvetteCooperMP but there's dozens more. When will Labour wake up & see the issues we've uncovered aren't to do with party politics, they're to do with democracy

C'mon Len. Talk me through difference in your position and LeaveEU's. Same result, right? Fewer jobs for your members. These guys broke the law. You must know that. But you're defending what they did as upholding the "democratic fabric". Why?

Here we go again: The reason that the history major is successful at Yale is because Yale kids are rich and know they can get a job with their Yale degree no matter the major. It's nothing more than that, not because they Do It Right.

None of which isn't to say that there aren't good historians at Yale doing a great job. But can we quit focusing our higher education stories on a few elite schools, as if they actually matter to 99% of Americans, as opposed to 75% of the media who went to them.
The history major at my school in undergoing a complete massacre and Yale has absolutely nothing to offer us in fixing that.

Going to think loudly while I read David Chaum's @elixxir_io technical brief. Chaum is pretty much the forefather anonymous communication and is about as respected as you can be in this space. Now he's built a privacy PoS coin. I'll look silly criticizing this but, here I go.
Starting with a cheap shot: the fact that they got the < > signs mixed up when describing their tps made me giggle.
Next thing I'm coming up with is that they seem to think that one of the scaling bottlenecks of conventional blockchains like Bitcoin is the amount of time it takes to *produce* a block. That's kind of... not the problem at all. The bottleneck is on users validating the blocks.

THREAD: I think we need to talk about the lefts stance on Party rebirth, & the holier than thou attitude that #Labour has on #libdems & tuition Fees. Given the rise of the far right & how much we actually agree on we really should be working together, so lets try to clear this up
For many of us @LibDems, we left @UKLabour when they voted & took us into Iraq.
Now the Labour left make the argument that Labour is not the same party that it was with Blair, & because Corbyn voted against Iraq; all must be forgiven. The party should be allowed to start afresh.
Fair enough. But if this was the case, why was Tim Farron nailed to the tuition fees cross by Labour campaigners at the last election? He voted AGAINST Fees in the same way Corbyn voted against Iraq.

First off, we must thank-you all. We launched a poll on Monday expecting maybe 500 responses maximum. Instead we had a whopping three-thousand-two-hundred-and-thirty votes on our Twitter poll.

That’s ridiculous.
We asked you which party you thought had the oldest average age of MPs.

Most of you, 66%, thought it was the @Conservatives, then the @LibDems (15%), then @UKLabour (14%), with the @theSNP coming in last with (5%).

I bet the SNP are feeling fairly youthful right about now.
