Solution is Balavivaha at ages of 10-12 for girls & 15-17 for boys with enforced Primogeniture among landholdings, no property rights for wahmyn, no ejjucation for over 90% population primary school, they will learn vocational training or some skill. (4/n)

Marry girls at 10-12, boys at 15-17, no say whatsoever, send the girls to the marital home after 3-4 years of learning things with her mother about how to run a house, how to cook etc. All will be fine, 2 generations pass by and they will enforce the system.
