I honor everyone who is beginning the process of therapy, counseling, seeking someone to process life with.

I honor those who cannot do so but dream about doing it one day.

I honor the people who get out of the bed every morning and do hard things.

I honor those who can't get out of bed yet.

Healing can't happen until we open our wounds up and take a look inside. And that hurts like hell.

And healing looks different for everyone.
So hold space for one another.

Hold space for the people who "seek help" and the people who don't.

Hold space for listening instead of reacting.

Hold space for grace.

And root out the stains of shame for yourself and others.
It has no place among us.
