Guys, when you ask somebody for help/tips/advice, shut the fuck up and listen.

Too many people ask for help but never apply.
Now, nobody really cares if you follow through or not, but your ingratitude is annoying.

"Hey, how do I get X ?"
- Do Y
"But wait, what about ABCDE???"

Nobody gives a fuck about your challenges, limitations, excuses or incompetence.
You don't know how to do it? Figure it out, maybe ask for some directions. But it's on you to figure out the details and overcome your challenges.

Otherwise, you're just wasting both your times.

A few years ago I reached out to someone and asked for advice.
The man told me "Get X" (doesn't matter what it was)
I immediately asked, "How?"
He sent me a link to Google and said: "Use this, if you can't figure out something as simple, how are you going to handle success?"

And he was definitely right.
If I couldn't figure by myself how to get the small things done, how would I get the harder and bigger things done??

Nobody is going to put in the work for you.
Your success is your responsibility.

Don't ask questions, do your fucking work.
