I pride myself on keeping up with our judiciary at the federal level. I read almost every big #SCOTUS ruling from first word to last & I try to stay on top of major rulings from the federal and appellate benches.

For me his name will always be associated w/ the Starr Report, but I'd lost track of him, perhaps intentionally, after that period.

So much is on the line.
Even in his rulings that might seem to give moderates & progressives hope, there are threads of a haunting hyper conservative legal activism that are woven throughout.
It lowers my opinion of Kennedy further that THIS was his choice.

Again, it shows that his own legacy meant nothing to him.
Everyone in this whole Devil's bargain seems to think they walked away the winner, but in the end, Trump won.
