/ In this week's episode, reporter @aurabogado chats with @al_letson about her recent investigation into family separation at the U.S. border.

It grew out of a tip from Arizona. revealnews.org/episodes/famil…
/ Phoenix resident Lianna Dunlap grew concerned when she saw children being led into the empty office building next door.
/ So, she recorded videos on her phone. Al and Aura describe one here:
/ The building is leased by U.S. defense contractor MVM Inc. It has publicly claimed it doesn’t provide “shelters or any other type of housing” for children. revealnews.org/article/defens…
/ We found the building isn’t licensed to hold children. Records show it doesn’t have showers, a kitchen or a yard.
/ An MVM spokesperson said the building is “a temporary holding place” for children being flown out of Phoenix. The spokesman said children stayed several hours before their flights.
/ But neighbors say that they saw boxes of food and pallets of water being brought in ...
/ … and that they didn’t see the children again until three weeks later, when white vans came and took the kids away.
