us as judges, legislators, and executive officials.” Most interesting in speech is Judge Kavanaugh’s criticism of Rehnquist opinion Morrison v Olson —which some @SenateDems on Judiciary sure to treat as open door to demanding Judge Kennedy comment on other decisions. BUT Judge
Kavanaugh is likely to respond that Morrison is a unique case, incapable of recurring before #SCOTUS as IC law is gone and not mourned, so it was appropriate to discuss that but not cases that might return in different form to Court.
